As a coach I've been down this road myself. Grant it nothing like what he has been a part of it, but I've often wondered what exactly what I do with my life if I could not coach. Yea, Wall street sounds exciting, selling insurance or real estate could fill the competitive void but in his case and mine it's difficult to replace the experience that is coaching. It's going to be virtually impossible for him to gain employment, especially in football.
